This time, I am visiting Scotland's Isle of Canna, the Scottish Island that was given away.

Part of the Small Isles, Canna is the most westerly and least populated of this island group, with only 18 permanent residents. The ferry to this remote Scottish island takes 2 hours and 50 minutes; however, the journey there is absolutely worth it, especially with the recent reopening of Canna House.

In 1938, Canna was bought by John Lorne Campbell and his wife Margaret Fay Shaw, and they dedicated their lives to preserving Gaelic culture at a time when it was in danger of disappearing...
