Описание:
Following the prefect storm of heaven rains, winds, followed by a rapid drop in temperature; a river that bisects Truro Ns, overflowed and subsequently flash froze. Park Street, a main artery into town for several surrounding communities had to be closed. Due to the flooding, traffic becomes congested as its diverted to alternative routes. I flew my drone and captured the flooded street as well as efforts to clean up the street.
