I've wanted to do this song since I finished my first playthrough of Undertale! The Bergentrückung intro sets the tone for the intensity of Asgore's battle theme, which fits perfectly into the gravity of the battle. A big challenge I had with this song lies in how many stacked instruments Toby used, which almost never translates well into vocals. I ended up experimenting quite a bit with vocal layers at different octaves, and I'm happy with the result! I intentionally left out bits of the footage and dialogue that would amplify the spoilers for anyone who hasn't played the game yet.

I wanted to save this song towards the end of this series of Undertale acapellas, and I hope you guys get some enjoyment out of it!!
