Aloha Kākou,
The nature of aloha is generosity and compassion. I am so grateful for the heartfelt aloha expressed to me and my family since the loss of my father in April. Memories shared grow stronger, so it is with fond aloha that I share this memory of my father.
My hula teacher always taught us to visit the places described in our hula. It is a vital element of a dancerʻs ability to express from the heart. Dancing in time to the wind in the trees is one of lifeʻs treasures that I hope everyone can experience. Special mahalo to Greg Hatton for capturing these moments in time.
