Thank you for joining me again today as I read and talk about a few more poems from my book.
My poems aren't just words I put together because they rhyme.

They are how I work through and get out my emotions and things that've happened in my or that I have observed over the years.

Poetry is like my therapy. It's a big part of my own personal growth and healing journey.
So, I thank you all very much for allowing me to share it with you here.

But also, through sharing it with you, my hope is that I can help and encourage others in some way to make time for themselves, too.

As well as to remember that no matter how alone it can feel like we are in those dark and difficult moments, we are not truly alone.

We all matter, and we can all grow and overcome our past no matter what we may have been through.
We're all worthy of love, and that includes having love for ourselves!
