Ellie is the first fashion model with Down’s syndrome to appear on the cover of the famous fashion magazine Vogue.
Down’s syndrome is a condition people are born with which typically affects learning and physical features.
Now Ellie has written a book about her life to inspire others to aim high in life.
We sent Newsround viewer, Zoe, to chat to Ellie all about her life and new book.
