Gwen Stefani Talks Gavin Rossdale and Feeling Sexy!

In a new 2012 interview with Gwen Stefani, she talks about feeling sexy, looking great for her husband Gavin Rossdale, why she loves make up, why she works out hard in the gym, and why she loves being a mom!

The super mom and rockstar extraordinaire is gracing the September cover of Harper's Bazaar magazine, and inside, she revealed what it takes to look and feel as great as she does.
The 42 year old singer (I know, can you believe it, she looks so good!) dished on her love affair with makeup—revealing that she puts it on and takes it off multiple times a day.
She explained, "I've always been a girl who loves to dress up. I already put my makeup on twice today: I put it on to take my kid to school, and then I went home, washed my face, and put it on again to have lunch..."
Now some women find makeup to be messy or irritating, but Gwen also revealed that she likes wearing it because it makes her feel sexy in front of a certain someone.
She said, "I like to make my husband like me more. And he likes it when I'm wearing makeup."

Something else that I'm sure Gavin Rossdale enjoys? Gwen's rock hard abs and toned physique!

But when the reporter interviewing Gwen asked about how she stays looking so svelte, she had a bit of a bone to pick.

She said she hates talking about her body and finds it ridiculous, but concluded by saying, "There is no secret: You just have to eat healthy, work out, and torture yourself!"
She also added that her love of clothes and fitting into certain styles keeps her motivated in the gym.
Finally, above all, Gwen loves being a mom to her two sons, Kingston and Zuma. She told the magazine that it sure ain't easy, explaining, "Finding that balance between work and family is the hardest thing I've ever done. By far."
We certainly admire Gwen for playing all her roles in life so well, and seriously cannot wait to see more of her back with No Doubt.
