This is a true story. this incident recently happened. one customer took a personal loan of 25 lakhs from a private bank ( bank name I am not told ). if the customer's age is 49 years above insurance is a must and should. this applicant's age is 50 years so, insurance is a must and should. but bank staff clerical mistake insurance waiver was given after 25 lakhs loan disbursement. customer not observed. customer 6 months EMI paid. after the applicant dead. recovery person came for EMI recovery applicant wife told my husband taken 25 lakhs personal loan with insurance. The recovery team cross-checked and told to applicant's wife there is no insurance. so, please pay the EMI amount.
The applicant's wife is SHOCKED. the insurance amount is 84000 below not deducted at loan disbursement time. she has taken the loan statement.
now, what to do? ..... comment everyone.. what u r thinking...
