Howard Stern asks Lars Ulrich about Cliff Burton passing

Howard Stern first interview with Lars Ulrich and asked about Cliff Burton passing inside Metallica’s tour bus.

Lars Ulrich explains how Kirk Hammett & Cliff Burton drew straws to get the good bunker in the tour bus. Cliff ultimately drew the bigger straw and won the bunker for the night. While driving to their new location, Lars explains the bus drove over a patch of ice which cause the tour bus to lose control and crash. Lars Ulrich remembers getting out of the bus and they thought that Cliff Burton was still sleeping in the bunker ONLY to later realize in the Hospital that Cliff Burton has passed away.
