Paul Gamble will show how you typically to "set the toggles" or "set the brakes".
On older gear you often see velcro as the material and method for setting the toggles. Parachuting manufactures have all moved away from velcro on main canopies because velcro is the DEVIL!
It will seriously had wear and tear on your lines and to be monitored carefully. My own risers and toggles in this video were due for an upgrade.
