📌 Workout Breakdown (Exercise + Sets + Reps)
1️⃣ Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
• Arm circles
• Chest mobility stretch
• Light push-ups
2️⃣ Bench Press – 4 Sets (8–12 Reps)
Build overall chest power & thickness.
3️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 Sets (10–12 Reps)
Targets upper chest for shape & definition.
4️⃣ Flat Dumbbell Fly – 3 Sets (12–15 Reps)
Expands chest muscles and improves stretch.
5️⃣ Cable Crossover – 3 Sets (15 Reps)
