From the Decibel Geek Rock Vault - Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley pay a visit to Rodney Bingenheimer at KROQ in Los Angeles in 1976.
The beginning of this audio features Rodney promoting the late 1977 release of Alive II before throwing to Detroit Rock City from the album.
Next, is an interview with Paul and Gene in town. This interview was recorded between the release of Destroyer and Rock and Roll Over. It's interesting to hear them slightly critiquing Destroyer as this was before Beth took off at radio.
Other subjects include nicknames for Rodney, plans for a live TV special in Boston that never took shape, the band getting movie offers, and taking calls from fans.
