1. Really Get to Know the In's and Out's of Your Scooter.
Most newbies concerns are during the first few days of owning their new scooter and with the help by reading your owner's manual those concerns will be addressed. It’s your get familiar with all of your scooter’s controls and switches.
2. Fuel it and Use it.
It’s important to run through your first tank of fuel quickly. Fuel can begin going bad within one month, assuming it was fresh from the station. When fuel goes bad it turns into a gel, drops to the bottom of the tank, and can then slog your carburetor.
3. Make at Least your First Service Check.
Every new scooter needs to have its first performance check within the first 300 – 500 miles. Most warranties require this service because it is our first opportunity to confirm that your new scooter is running smoothly.

During long periods of storage (for example more than two weeks), use a battery charger to recharge your scooter battery.

7. Turn it On Regularly.
It’s would be good to start your scooter and allow it to run up to for at least 5 mins, once a week.
8. Avoid The Rain
To keep water from getting into places you don't want then cover your scooter, if you cannot store it in a garage. It's not the best idea to have your scooter constantly exposured to the elements no matter season.
