Problem: I recently about wanted to pull my hair out, scream to the top of my lungs, and throw my machine out the window...then possibly cry if I would've went to that extreme lol
The machine WOULD NOT SEND ANYTHING TO CUT. It just kept "syncing" and even though the device was visibly detected nothing was happening. I could not click on the send or test options. Turning my machine on and off several times didn't work, turning my laptop off and on several times didn't work, updating the laptop drivers didn't work, updating the software didn't work AND my gut was telling me this has to be either a FIRMWARE problem and prayed Firmware Update would appear eventually so that I could update it....worst idea was that my machine was simply broken. I worked at it over the weekend and nothing worked so I decided to wait until Monday to talk w/someone at Silhouette...It took forever to get someone to chat with BUT my issue is now FIXED! I was overwhelmed with joy and I hope to help others with the same issues.
