New design features for the 280ZX featured independent front and rear suspension, longer wheel base, and almost 50/50 weight distribution. These handling assets make the 2nd generation Z cars to be one of the most sought after for track days and autocross events throughout the country. Powered by a very healthy 2.8l I-6 these Z’s are known for their low end torque and great sounding exhaust. This particular example comes to us with only 47k original miles. Drivers of this unique car were greeted with gages for just about every function on the vehicle and a nifty audible warning system that speaks to you when something isn’t right.
