Ingredients
2 Potatoes
one teaspoon garam masala
half teaspoon turmeric powder
half teaspoon jeera powder Optional
salt to taste
Procedure
1. Peel the potatoes
2. Cut in thin round slices
3. Put potato slices in water
4. Wash nicely with clean water
5. Add garam masala , turmeric powder , jeera powder and salt to potato slices.
6. Mix everything.
7 . Heat tawa and pour oil
8. Coat each potato slice with rava/sooji
9. Put coated potato slice on tawa
10. Flip in between
11. Fry them till they are golden in color
12. you are done ✔️
