a period day in my life... while going through a breakup/heartbreak :(

hey guys! today's video is going to be yet another period day in my life, but this time, it's a period day in my life while being heartbroken because i recently ended things with someone :( it's really hard to manage PMS and period mood swings and emotions on top of the heartbreak lol

i'm going to make a video one day in the future about my experience with heartbreak, but for now just know that i'm still struggling to get over this, but i'm okay overall and you guys don't need to be worried. it's also been really hard for me to feel valid because while i call it a "breakup," i wasn't officially "with" this guy and so it's hard for me to consider it a real "relationship" even though we were together for a little while. overall, it's been really hard for me. if you're going through something similar, all i can say for now is that time really does help so much and you are way stronger than you think. remember that.
