We used this pig to make a wild boar sausage and some deer sausage. We also saved the loins to cook up on the smoker. I have included the wild boar sausage recipe below. Now you can use this wild hog sausage recipe by just using some pork shoulder you get from the store. So if you are not into hunting you can still enjoy this great pork sausage recipe.
