This practice video of ShiBaShi Set 3 has two of the original movements replaced and the movements presented in a different order to improve the flow from one movement to the next. There are text and audio prompts, and there are 4 repetitions of each movement.
ShiBaShi (Shi Ba Shi) is an 18 movement Qi Gong created in 1979 by the renowned Professor Lin Housheng, former director of the Shanghai Qigong Research Institute (Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine). The 1st and 2nd sets are the most commonly practiced.
