Edmonton home prices are up. Days on market for homes listed for sale in the Edmonton real estate market are shortening. The sales to new listing ratio is a screaming seller market. The total market absorption is also very strong. Months of inventory is razor thin at only 2.4 months.

All of this is shaping up to be a very active 2025 year in the Edmonton real estate market.
