Almac - Extruder mod. EM 5000 for clipping machine - Estrusore mod. EM 5000 per clippatrice

The Extruder mod. EM 5000 is a machine suitable for the production of cylindrical products having weights from 300 gr to 10 kg (according to the cheese length) and, eventually, also higher weights. This machine is suitable to extrude the following products:

• MOZZARELLA FOR PIZZA
• MELTED CHEESE
• FOODSTUFFS

The machine can be fed either by a continuous stretching machine or by an Almac steam stretcher mod. FV. Pasta filata is introduced into the in-feed hopper and by means of two counter-rotating augers it's transported to the conveyor cone, to which the extruding pipe is connected and which can be replaced according to the product desired shape. The EM 5000 augers body is surrounded by a double jacket heated by electrical heating elements for keeping pasta temperature constant. Furthermore, as the extruder is always coupled to a clipping machine, it is equipped with all necessary controls for the coupled operation of the two machines.


L'estrusore mod. EM 5000 è una formatrice adatta alla produzione di prodotti cilindrici aventi pezzature che variano da 300 gr. a 10 Kg. (conformemente alla lunghezza del prodotto), ed eventualmente anche più grandi. Essa è adatta ad estrudere i seguenti prodotti:

• MOZZARELLA PER PIZZA
• FORMAGGIO FUSO
• PREPARATI ALIMENTARI

La macchina può essere alimentata indifferentemente sia da una Filatrice continua che da una filatrice a vapore Almac mod. FV. La pasta filata viene immessa all'interno della tramoggia di carico e mediante l'azione di due coclee controrotanti viene trasportata in corrispondenza del cono convogliatore, al quale è applicato il tubo di estrusione. Quest'ultimo può essere sostituito a seconda del formato che si desidera produrre. Il corpo coclee dell'EM 5000 è circondato da un'intercapedine riscaldata mediante resistenze elettriche per mantenere costante la temperatura della pasta. Inoltre l'estrusore essendo sempre accoppiato ad una clippatrice, è dotato dei comandi necessari per il funzionamento abbinato delle due macchine.
