Sonic 1 - 50Hz vs 60Hz (PAL vs NTSC) - An informative comparison

This is Sonic 1: 50Hz Vs 60Hz! Where I take a quick look and compare both Sonic 1 at its original NTSC speed (JP), and its slower counterpart, PAL (EU). There are many disadvantages to 50Hz when you compare it to its colleague 60Hz, but are there any benefits? To find out, I got the EU Megadrive and my JAP Megadrive out and gave it a comparison. I used both versions of Sonic 1 for this. The European version vs the Japanese version to represent its speed (not that it matters what version of the game I use).
