What's The Point Of The Samyang Lens Station Other Than Firmware Updates? Spoiler: No Clue.

I got myself a Samyang RF 85mm F1.4 lens, one of the first third party lenses for Canon RF. It's at a competitive price point and having had issues with the focus not being great on cheaper lenses, I ordered the Samyang Lens Station with it - as it appears to offer focus correction (and firmware updating). That turned out to be a great idea, because the lens shipped with firmware version 1 - now they're at version 3 and only that offers IBIS support on Canon R5 and R6. Lucky me I got it with the lens.
In this video I'm taking a rather short look at the Samyang Lens Station and play around with its settings. Luckily the lens has near perfect focus already, so that was just for science (or... because I'm a nerd and like playing around with such things). If anything changed at all and I was able to produce back focus or front focus - you'll find out by watching the video.
