Jamie Goode introduces his new book, Wine Science (in the USA this is titled The Science of Wine). It's a rewrite of his 2005 book by the same title. Here, he explains how the new edition is different, and goes through the chapters one by one. The book is available now from amazon.co.uk - the US version (University of California Press) will be out in April 2014.
