All the soorahs and verses of the Holy Qur’aan are healing for what is in the hearts, and they are guidance and mercy for the world; for the one who clings to it and follows its guidance, it is salvation from kufr, misguidance and painful torment. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) explained in his words, deeds and what he approved of that ruqyah is permissible.
These ayat known as Ayat Munjiyat
The benefits of these 7 verses are many, among which the benefits if practiced consistently are:
1. Anti-Magic
2. Brightens the face
3. Fulfilled all wishes
4. Bring blessings
5. Recorded a lot of rewards
6. Keep away from the devil's interference
7. Protected from the tricks of the enemy
8. Away from envy and slander.

If this Verse 7 is practiced once during the day and once at night (after the Maghrib and Dawn prayers), God willing, sustenance will be made easier, life will be extended, protected from the interference of the jinn, the devil and slander, loved by God's creatures, and everything that one desires will be made easier and granted.
Verse Seven is usually practiced as an effort for personal safety and protection from various difficulties, difficulties and hardships, as well as to escape from problems. These 7 saving verses should be practiced morning and evening, every day. InsyaAllah you will get the help of Allah SWT when facing any problem, hardship and will be saved from any disaster and calamity, in the present and in the future.
Note:
Ayat 7 or Ayat Munjiyat does not have a specific argument from Rasulullah SAW, but it is not wrongly practiced like the Ayat of a thousand dinars, Ayatul Shifa' etc. It has been practiced by friends, scholars, scholars and Sufis since long ago which is also collected in the book 'Majmu' Sharif'

آیت 7 یا آیت منجیات میں رسول اللہ ﷺ سے کوئی خاص دلیل نہیں ہے، لیکن یہ غلط طریقے سے نہیں ہے جیسے ہزار دینار کی آیت، آیت الشفا وغیرہ۔ اس پر بہت پہلے سے احباب، علمائے کرام، علمائے کرام اور صوفیاء کرام نے عمل کیا ہے جسے کتاب مجمع شریف میں بھی جمع کیا گیا ہے۔
