Henry V will debut in Belhaven University's Black Box Theatre on October 17 -- 27. This play, a finale in Shakespeare's historical tragedies, is the classic tale of the rise of Britain's heroic King Henry V.
This production will bring the elements of set and light design, costumes, props, live music, singing and stage fighting together to deliver a vibrant, modern look to Shakespeare's classic play. Henry V will also include a combination of theatrical and musical performances. The play will be performed by eight very talented actors from the Belhaven Theatre Department; four men and four women who each play King Henry as well as multiple characters.
