DLC Weapon Extravaganza - VIEWER REQUESTED WEAPONS AND BOSSES! #1

Fun stuff.
Thoughts on the weapons:

Backhand Blade: Really cool weapon, has probaby the single best running attack in the game for movement, the r1 speeds you up and doesn't require you to ever stop sprinting. Then the running r2 is a 4-hit attack like powerstanced regular curved swords. The r2 ducks you low and keeps you low while moving, also great. Unfortunately the r1s have a lot of movement as well which makes positioning relative to a boss more difficult.

Dueling Shield: Damage is ok, but attacks are slow. CR2 is incredibly slow and does not deal damage or poise damage worthy of it. The jump r2 does a good amount of poise damage and has very little recovery. Doesn't deal a huge amount of damage for a jr2 though. Definitely the best attack it's got.

Lizard Greatsword: Pretty much just a greatsword. Haven't tested its damage against others so idk if it's high or low. Had a big issue with hitting the projectile against Elemer, probably easier vs larger bosses. The problem was if I was too close the projectile would be fired behind him, while if I was too far it'd often just miss.

Stone-Sheathed Sword: Does very little damage, standard straight sword moveset. It's just bad.

Smithscript Axe: These ranged weapons are an interesting concept, but this is woefully weak. The projectile has almost no range and has extreme damage dropoff. You have to basically be melee range for it to do full damage. It also is pretty slow and doesn't do a lot of damage. The weapon is infinitely better if you use the r1s only and ignore the throwing aspect entirely...
Also due to being projectiles they mess Godrick's AI up something fierce.
