Coconut Tart Recipe | 椰挞
Ingredients:
Pastry:
80g Butter/黄油
30g Powdered sugar / 糖粉
1/2(about 30g) Egg / 鸡蛋
170g All-purpose flour / 中筋面粉
Filling:
150g Shredded coconut / 椰蓉
40g Butter(melted) / 融化黄油
100g Powdered sugar / 糖粉
40ml Heavy cream / 重奶油
1 and a half Eggs / 鸡蛋
20g All-purpose flour / 中筋面粉
1/2tsp baking powder / 泡打粉
Few drops of vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F and bake for 18-20 minutes, depending on oven specifications.
预热烤箱到 190°c/375°F烤30分钟,视烤箱性能而定。
