Here's another option when you've got the over hook. Here I go into a choke flow. Obviously, I could just do one choke but repetitions are the way to get good. Here I do it left and right and also learn how to transition if I'm in a multiple opponent scenario and have to change. The key thing as in all my 4D JKD and Kali stuff is the finger pointing. Keeping the blade of your hand downwards as you go across the neck. Again do the prep guillotine counter drill. You can do it left then right or as shown go through and take the back.
