This footage came about by accident while filming Helen demonstrating rolling technique during a practice session in Norway as part of our 2015 Nordic Tour.
Watching the footage afterwards, having hit the wrong button during filming, we felt that the slow motion action might be useful to people wanting to see the rolls that slow.
