Is The I Quadrant a scam?
In my last video, some of you left several questions. Your concerns = my skepticism too. So I thought, who best to ask than their graduates?
“It’s definitely scary”
“Even if my units can’t be tenanted at the same time, the mortgage is only a few hundred per person each”
“Once you stick to very clear criteria, it is definitely doable”
“Why not just Google and learn online?”
“Did you have to pay for any of the personalized guidance you received?”
“If it was such a good deal, why would the original owner sell it to you?!”
“Does the I Quadrant earn a cut?”
This video is me hearing from students who executed the strategies taught vs. the original expose article (in March), which interviewed students who attended but did not implement the strategies or purchase any property after the course.
Interviewees' Profile:
Qiuyu, I Quadrant Property Leader. Was a former teacher with property investments prior to attending the course. She joined the I Quadrant later as a paid employee, after benefiting from their strategies.
Adeline, runs her own tech business. Recently asked to provide her services to The I Quadrant, so now she works there as well.
Sean, my personal friend whom I met from another course previously. Was a former MOE teacher, quit and started his own property makeover services company (Haus Makeover) after realising how much he enjoyed dabbling in property (after implementing The I Quadrant methods and achieving his multiple-properties portfolio)
Interviewee 4 is a construction executive earning $2k+ and managed to build a portfolio with 2 investment properties using the I Quadrant method, but I did not feature his story in the end as I feel his is not one that many people can replicate. Plus, I would not recommend folks in this income level to take on that amount of leverage, so his story has been omitted in the nature of (what I deem as) responsible reporting.
Watch Part 1 here first: • The I Quadrant - Course Secrets Exposed! (...
Disclosure: I do NOT work for The I Quadrant, nor do I receive any cash / benefits from them for this video. I should have interviewed more people to get both sides of the story in my original article, but I didn’t, so this is me hearing them out.
P.S. If you can’t be bothered to hear the other side of the story, this video is not for you. You’ll probably prefer my original article, where only students who attended but did not take action (and thus regretted paying the course fees) were interviewed: https://www.sgbudgetbabe.com/2020/03/...

If you pay for a course and make money, is it a scam?
If you pay for a course and DON'T make money because you DIDN'T implement the strategies taught, is it a scam? You would have regretted paying the money, but is your regret = them being a scam?
(I'd love to speak to students who implemented the strategies and LOST MONEY, but couldn't find any such person within my own network. If you are one of them / know of anyone who does, please drop me an email! We could potentially do Part 4.)

Note: At almost $3k, their course certainly isn’t for everyone. If using leverage and loans scare you, then this probably isn’t for you either. If you’re at the end of your rope and hoping that spending your last penny on this course will turn your life around, this is DEFINITELY NOT for you. Stay far, far away.
P.P.S. Curious on what is The I Quadrant’s “secret criteria” for selecting the RIGHT property? Me too. So I got them to reveal it – in the name of transparency and being accountable to the public. Catch it in Part 3 next week!
