How one person can remove, clean, lube, and re-install a sailboat's composite carbon fibre rudder. This rudder is in my 38 foot long, 6.8 tonne 1999 Beneteau 381. The type of lubricant is specified. There is very little information out there on how to do this properly, especially on which lubricant to use.
