For the Batter:
🥚 3 eggs
160 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar (or extract)
100 ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk
170 g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder

For the Filling:
🍏 3 apples (≈400–450 g), sliced
Juice of ½ lemon
250 g cottage cheese
25 g sugar (2 tbsp)
⅓ tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
30 g almond flakes

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Mix eggs, sugar & vanilla until fluffy.
3️⃣ Add oil and milk, then flour + baking powder. Mix just until smooth.
4️⃣ In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, milk & egg.
5️⃣ Add apples and stir gently.
6️⃣ Pour half the batter into the pan. Add filling. Cover with the rest.
7️⃣ Top with almond flakes and bake for 45–50 min.
8️⃣ Cool completely before serving.
