Canning Beans with Pork

We combine parts of two tested recipes for this recipe and it is delicious! We used the idea of combining meat with beans from the Louisiana Red Bean recipe (link below) and the rest from the USDA recipe (link below) for canning beans with tomato or molasses sauce. We served it with biscuits from our make and freeze dry mix recipe and it was a fabulous supper.
