Chen Shi Taijiquan Gongfu Jia workshop with Marin Spivack held in June/july 2017 Fort Collins, Colorado. This workshop covered many areas of beginning curriculum for this art including basic standing and bone/joint alignment practices, walking drills, first form introduction, fixed stance tuishou, DaLun tuishou and copious applications including qin na, shuaifa, and striking. Attendance was by invitation or prior application as will be the next one. All the video was filmed by mobile phone.
