Maundy Thursday marks the beginning of the Easter Triduum - the three most solemn days in the Church’s liturgical year. On this day, we commemorate the Last Supper of Jesus with His disciples, where He instituted the Holy Eucharist and the priesthood, and gave us the new commandment of love. A moving highlight of this celebration is the Washing of the Feet, echoing Christ’s humility and call to service.
