Active listening for coaches and leaders. In this coaching demonstration you will see what not to do, how to coach a resistant client, and how to use listening to build trust and rapport. We explore ICF Competency 6 Listening Actively with clear do’s and don’ts, the risks of substituting your own words, and how to backtrack key client language to keep the session productive.
