Here we have one of F.K.F. Zrt.'s 2014 Iveco Stralis 300's, paired with a Stummer Medium XL-EVO Press, taking care of a paper route in Budapest, Hungary. FKF received a good amount of these trucks in 2014, when they began distributing separate bins for recycling to residential homes throughout the city. These, along with some newer trucks and a few older ones, are still used today to collect yellow lidded bins, used for plastics and metals, and blue lidded bins seen in the video, used for paper and cardboard. I just recently found out that these units are actually CNG, and not diesel, which surprised me quite a bit given that they sound very different from most CNG trucks I've come across. I would even go as far as saying I actually like the way these trucks sound, but that's just my opinion. A huge thank you goes out to the super nice crew, for making this morning as fun as it was.
