I originally wanted to do something in the vein of both The Dream and Force of Nature that I wrote. I think I managed to recreate the highs of both of those songs and learned enough this year to avoid some of the glaring flaws in those recordings, too.
This one really evolved and grew on its own each time I sat down to work on it. The lyrics became a letter, the timing was suddenly in 3/4, the bass came out kinda groovy, the guitar solo split into three separate guitar "verses..." This is the most grim project I've worked on, yet it was also probably the most fun.
