I Won Manager of the Month After Tweaking the Tactic (A Little)

After quietly making some small but important changes to our in possession tactic, somehow I’ve won Manager of the Month. In today's episode, we dive into the tactical evolution of the save: shifting from a 5-2-1-2 into a far slightly more aggressive 3-4-1-2. The new shape has unlocked our best football of the season, and today it faces its biggest test yet.

We kick things off with a Sky Sports News–style recap (and a very opinionated fan outside No. 2 Baker Street), before jumping into the tactic board and then heading straight into a huge match against second-place East Kilbride.

Four league wins in a row have put us right back into the mix — but can the small tweaks carry us through?
