30g whipping cream
15g all purpose flour
15g wheat starch
20g milk powder
25g unsalted butter
Dough:
40g glutinous rice flour
30g rice flour
15g wheat starch
30g icing sugar
130g milk
15g condensed milk
20g cooking oil
1tbsp glutinous rice flour for dusting flour
the moon cake mold used is for making 50g moon cake
