I just wanted to do an overall update on where I am in my mental health recovery. To be honest, it doesn't look very promising but I know there is someone else out there suffering who needs to know they are not alone. I've exhausted all treatment options that I can think of and the only thing that has worked is Ketamine. But...I can no longer afford it. I feel like I am meant to live in and endure this pain. I'm just speaking from how I feel and I always speak the truth. Thanks for watching and for all of the support! 💚
