This short video provides torque specifications for the AST Suspension 5000 Series.
It covers the 5100, 5200, and 5300 models, as well as the non-inverted version of the 5000 series.
Torque Specifications Summary:
Chrome cylinder to outer case: 30 Nm / 22 ft-lbs
Spring platform: 5 Nm / 3.6 ft-lbs (Do not overtighten)
Center nut: 100 Nm / 74 ft-lbs
Flange nuts: 40 Nm / 30 ft-lbs
Top mount bolts: 25 Nm / 18 ft-lbs
Rear center nut: 50 Nm / 37 ft-lbs
Preparation Notes:
Clean the top pin using Loctite SF 7063.
Apply Loctite 243 Blue to secure the top mount to the top pin.
