Low Poly Wizard Regrets

This morning I tried to build the lowest‑poly wizard I could manage. It started as a simple Blender warm‑up, but somewhere between the hat, the beard, and the broken silhouette, I ended up chasing the history of the word wizard itself.
The video drifts between the modelling process and the odd facts I found: how wizard began as “wise‑ard,” why philosophers’ beards shaped the archetype, and how monks, magi, and even PS1 Hagrid sneak into the story. Alongside that, you’ll see me wrestle with a model that looks half‑finished until I start ballooning heads and giving him the tired eyes of a philosophy student.
If you’re here for low‑poly Blender builds, etymology detours, or just the comedy of watching someone salvage a confused design, this one covers all three.
