1 medium onion chopped
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 green chillies finely chopped (green, yellow & red)
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
1 small carrot chopped
1/4 cup boiled corns
1 big tomato chopped
salt to taste
pepper to season
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
some fresh coriander
1 tbsp butter
2-4 red tortillas
1 cup cheese mixture (processed + mozzarella + cheddar)
1/2 cup boiled beans/baked beans
