Here is my first true attempt at making a vlog by myself. I thought it would be good to start with my journey to try and better my health. Obviously you can tell I'm not super great when it comes to the diet/nutrition part. So any advice or recommendations would be great! If you guys have any ideas for what else you want to see in the vlog, let me know in the comments!
