As parents, we all want to do what’s best for our children—but sometimes, without even realizing it, we can miss things that deeply affect them. In this video, I want to talk honestly about some of the most important things parents need to understand—and what can happen to children when we don't.
This isn’t about blame or guilt. It’s about learning and doing better.
I made this video because I believe every parent deserves to have this information—and every child deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, and loved. None of us are perfect, but we can all grow.
