This 8th Wolf Meditation which is an excerpt from the 8th Class of the Feldenkrais Series. This meditation helps connect to your voice using vibration with your bones from your head to your toes. The wolf howl expresses so much communication, emotion, and unique voices of each member of the pack. Connect with your own voice in this sensory meditation warmup.
The wolf is a great teacher in so many ways-- to find and work with your "pack" in harmony and to use all your senses for heightened awareness and adaptability. They rest often and deeply throughout the day.
