btw this isn't how to block every Millia thing ever this is more just like some layer 1 stuff to get you started. Millia players do a lot more 2P now to make up for FD on cS for example, and there's other mix layers here I haven't included, but I wanted to make this kinda basic and quick to explain. also this isn't a Millia downplay video i promise i just want people to stop getting hit by a safe jump because they believe there's some fucked up mix there
