This is an overnight bread so allow yourself some time, although the actual work involved is minimal. In other words, no kneading. Here's the recipe:
400 g bread flour (scant 3 cups)
100 g semolina flour (3/4 cup)
400 g water (1-3/4 cups)
2 tsps instant yeast
2 tsps sea salt
1/4 cup chopped rosemary (or less, to taste)
1 Tbsp olive oil
